Gandiva has been designing and manufacturing authentic historical fashion for public clients and private individuals since 2000. These are handmade individual pieces made from high-quality, sometimes antique materials.
Customers include museums, musicians, dancers, writers and visual artists as well as bridal couples, visitors to balls and historical events.

Birgit Enkirch, born in Berlin, studied painting, art history and postgraduate studies in textile design at the Berlin University of Arts. After graduating, she worked as a freelance painter for many years before beginning her work as a costume designer.
Raphael Enkirch, born in Berlin, studied interior design in Hanover, graduating with a master's degree in design and media. In addition to his work at Hanover University, he also works in the field of textile design.
